Questions cleaners ask us
Is the demo really free?
Yes. We build it, you look at it, and if it's not for you, we delete it. No card details, no catch. We do it this way because it's much easier to say yes to something you can actually see.
I don't have a logo or any decent photos.
That's fine, lots of cleaners don't. We can make a simple, smart text logo from your business name and use good quality stock photos to start. Real photos of you and your team always work better though, so you can swap them in whenever you like.
Do I need to buy a domain name?
Yes, if you don't already have one. It costs around £10 a year and it's registered in your name, so it belongs to you, not us. We'll tell you exactly where to buy it and help you connect it. If you already have one, we'll use that.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Yes. We'll build the new one as a demo first, and when you're happy we'll switch your domain over to it, so there's no gap where your site is down.
Do I need to update the site myself?
No. Just message us what you'd like changed, by email, Facebook or WhatsApp, and we'll do it for you. Most changes are done within 2 working days, and often the same day. We'll send you a screenshot when it's done.
What counts as a monthly change?
The everyday stuff: new prices, new photos, adding an area or a service, updating your opening hours, a new review. If you want something bigger, like a whole new page, we'll tell you upfront if there's a cost before doing anything.
Will I be top of Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. What we do promise is that your site is set up properly for local search, so Google can see what you do and where. Pair it with a Google Business Profile and some reviews and you're giving yourself the best chance.
What happens if I cancel?
Give us 30 days' notice and your site comes down at the end of it. Your domain name is yours, and we'll send you all your words and photos. If you want the website files themselves to take elsewhere, that's free once you've been with us 12 months, or £250 before then.
